"I'm recommending Precision Home Care for cleaning and handyman work as well as general construction. I found PHC when I needed an industrial level cleaning at my neglected second home. Heather and her crew were not put off by the size of the job. They gave me a very fair price and their work was excellent. I was so happy with it that I asked her team to do some handyman work. Just like with the cleanup, the handyman work was done very well and on a timely basis. This gave me the motivation to get some bigger projects done, like replacing my old windows with energy efficient ones, among other general construction jobs. The team has been wonderful - fast, clean, skilled and pleasant to have around. They met with the window seller to measure and discuss how to fit the replacement windows in my old, not-square window sashes. The window seller went out of his way to tell me that "my guys" really knew their stuff. I already knew that, but it was good to hear from another source. Heather is the point person. She is friendly, accommodating, and very professional. I just can't recommend this company enough."

Everything was clearly explained beforehand, with an eye on keeping costs under control while not compromising the necessary quality of the job. I was made aware of possible unforeseen complications that could arise once the work started, but none of these happened and there were no additions or overages to the price quoted. Once the work began they finished promptly on schedule and cleaned up as soon as possible. The owner, Loiue Ranieri, is terrific guy, friendly and easy to work with. In fact, he kindly did a couple of minor non-chimney house repairs for me at no cost. We’d been referred to Ranieri by a carpenter who’d recommended them, and we’re very glad he did. "The whole process with Chris was great. We were awoken to a bat in our house in the middle of the night/early morning. After trapping the bat on a porch, we called Chris who came right to our house within 15 minutes. The bat had hidden in a wall and Chris told us to call him when the bat reemerged. Around 8:30, the bat started flying around again. We called Chris and he arrived within 10 minutes and removed the bat. In the morning, Chris searched our attic and determined that we did not have a bat colony and it was probably a lone bat. He identified where it got in and suggested how I could fix it myself. During the whole process Chris was polite, professional and an all around great person to work with. I would highly recommend this business. <br />"
