"We hired Bath Planet of CT for a bathroom remodel. For $25k (for a small bathroom 5.5? x 7.5?) we got nothing but disaster. I should have put a stop to it all during demo when they ruined every wall surrounding and the ceiling below (all of which were brand new due to water damage). But it they promised to fix it. The company has a license but the crews do not. There are no qualified plumbers yet they mess around with plumbing. And they destroyed it. They stuck an unsealed flange REPAIR KIT without a wax ring into our sewage pipe (that they bent when cutting). Our home has smelled like sewage and the company refused to take onus and repair it! It has been horrible living like this and has been dangerous to my family?s health and our home.After going back and forth for months, we finally had to hire a plumber and he unearthed the disaster underneath the toilet. He said he has never seen anything so horrible in his 27 years being a plumber. Next are the walls and ceiling, on OUR dime?! "

Amazing communication, stayed on budget, worked very well with us and the work was done quickly and exactly as described. Any issues were immediately dealt with. "No. I was told that the shower paneling would be a certain height and it was not. There is a big 12 inch gap between the paneling and the ceiling. I called the sales representative to discuss. We talked and she said she would get back to me the resolution, she never did. I paid for the old install fully $15k. I later got a call from the production manager demanding a new check for $10,000. They told me that the check I gave them was lost. I checked my bank statement and they had already cashed the check. I would never recommend this company."
