"No. I was told that the shower paneling would be a certain height and it was not. There is a big 12 inch gap between the paneling and the ceiling. I called the sales representative to discuss. We talked and she said she would get back to me the resolution, she never did. I paid for the old install fully $15k. I later got a call from the production manager demanding a new check for $10,000. They told me that the check I gave them was lost. I checked my bank statement and they had already cashed the check. I would never recommend this company."

"Dustin and CCC did wonderful work creating a new bathroom and remodeling a bedroom for our house. What was most positive was Dustin’s energetic interest in the project, dedication to seeing the project through to make it come out with high quality, and persistently spirited good will. There were two aspects that didn’t work quite optimally: (1) The crew took much longer to finish than they promised (the original time was “1-month +” but over two months passed and there were still lingering issues---see below.) If you hire them, I recommend having it written into the contract exactly when it will start and end, including a specification of what the consequences will be if the job isn’t done on time. (2) They didn’t know what to do with our laminated wood floors. They needed to put down protection for the dining room floor which was damaged by the construction traffic, and they had trouble patching and refinishing the floor in the bedroom after removing a wall. When I asked Dustin to address (2), to his credit he was ready to bring in a floor refinishing specialist to fix the issues at a very favorable price to us. At that point, unfortunately, we couldn’t afford the interruption it would cause to have this repair done at that moment. In response, Dustin gave us a discount so we can address these issues with a profession flooring company in the future when we’ll have a good opportunity to vacate the house for this purpose. I recommend that if you need wood floor work done, you make sure there is an agreement in the contract to have somebody with wood floor expertise address that part. In all, Dustin was generous and willing to try to work with us when there were issues. I know that his company has also been generous about helping people who were in need in the past. This is a quality that I particularly admire in a company, so we still feel very positive toward CCC, but I have identified the issues we had in hopes that they won’t be issues for other clients in the future."

Highly competent from the framing down to the last details of trim work, it was all very well executed. There were a number of utilities in the space requiring access post remodel. The design was well thought out and aesthetically pleasing to the point they look like design features! The rest blends seamlessly into the space. The sliding glass door that replaced the garage door looks like it was there from the beginning, and the exterior trim blends perfectly with the house, with the added benefit of being waterproof. The communication was great all the way through the project, from start to finish. I would absolutely use them for any future remodel!"
