They were excellent in planning the project, meticulous in the finishes and very detail oriented in all aspects of the job. They paid close attention to the little things : all trash was promptly cleared and cleaned up, they vacuumed and washed up dust, dirt, tile and saw dust, the workers were polite and professional and had a small footprint while at our residence: they kept us informed of what they were doing, how they would do it, when they would do it, etc. No loud music and no bad language either.
