Shortly thereafter, the installer Ray, (a sub-contractor), stopped by while painters were working, and was able to speak with them and get a picture of specifically what the job would entail. We waited a month for installation, which ultimately turned out to be well worth the wait. Ray worked to complete the job for more than 8 hours. He was professional, personable and diligent in completing the job. I'm very pleased with the finished room and foyer. <br />"

We took care of removal of old carpet and baseboard trim. <br /> After delivery of materials on the appointed day, Kendall, the installer, came the next day. He was friendly, professional, and very experienced at his job. All sawing was done in the driveway to minimize dust. He completed the entire installation and cleaned up by noon. The installation was perfect--no flaws. <br /> We would use this company again for similar jobs, provided that they send Kendall to handle the installation! <br />"

"Everything went great, there were a couple changes that had to be made as the job progressed, we found out the old toilet had been leaking pretty badly, and there was a bunch of rotting floor boards.  Other than that they completed the job within our time frame, cleaned the house up at the end of each day very well, and really treated our home like it was theirs.  Everything was sealed up with plastic barriers so we wouldn't get dust throughout the house, I was very pleased about that.  We plan to have them back in the next year or two for the kitchen. <br>"
