"I contacted Mr. Greaney on Saturday and was pleased to hear back from him on Sunday, making an appointment for Monday morning which he kept on time. He was professional, friendly and a great communicator throughout the process. He looked at the work needed, explained it to me, then worked out a very reasonable estimate on his tablet computer and per my request forwarded it to my email and the insurance company. He started work right away, stating he had other work scheduled but my no power situation was a priority. He worked efficiently and neatly, calling in his very pleasant helper at one point, cleaning up after himself and keeping me informed throughout. He finished up Tuesday morning, and called the city inspector and carefully explained the process to restore power before he left. He also explained some unsafe conditions he found and made recommendations for correcting them. The inspector passed the new service with no problem. This was a terrific contractor experience, I especially appreciated the quality of his work and his explaining things in a way that was neither dumbed down nor overly technical.  I highly recommend this electrician."
