They're fast, efficient, and thoughtful about how they cut and trim our property (large front yard, narrow side yard, big backyard area and steep hill). But aside from cutting grass and doing monthly weed killing (such a huge help), it's the other parts of their service that has them truly shine for me. On the day you're scheduled in the routine calendar, they will show up. You get emailed an invoice and can easily pay on your phone. As needed, and especially during the start-up as a new customer, they are careful to call and ensure everything is going alright with service, even driving over to discuss a matter face to face if there's a misunderstanding. When the weather is going to be bad or if it hasn't rained for a while and the grass didn't grow much, they'll come back at a more reasonable time to not waste your money (or ruin your lawn, driving on wet soil).
