"Lilco was a great company to work with! They are easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions and concerns. They are reliable and trustworthy. My kitchen and bathroom came out better than I could have imagined. I couldn’t be happier and hope to be able to remodel my other bathroom in the near future."

"Kevin and his crew did an incredible job building our two tiered, wrap around deck with stairs leading down to the back yard. They rebuilt my front porch steps and reinforced my old deck as well. All of this was done in about a week, and they came in at the exact price that was quoted from the beginning. Kevin also came by and fixed a barn door for us when we needed it in an emergency. Great guy, great craftsmanship. We are looking forward to hiring him for all major home renovations in the future!"

"Dave had great suggestions how to refinish our deck. The crew was polite, efficient and conscientious. They demonstrated care and attention to every detail of the project. And they were fun! The deck looks fabulous! We will reach out to Dave for future renovation projects."

"Every step of the way was above expectations. Scheduling was easy, I was notified of ETA, and Al, our technician, was prompt and thorough. We needed our gas fireplace cleaned, and the job was done thoroughly, carefully, and efficiently. Our 25+ year old fireplace now functions perfectly and looks amazing. Can’t beat the price. 10/10 recommend."

"Clean, fast, and amazing job. I do not hear the floors anymore when I walk around the rooms."

"Avid and the crew are AMAZING!!!!! From the very first phone call to the moment they left my house, I was provided with amazing customer service. And the office even called afterward to check in on everything and make sure I was satisfied with the work. Throughout the day, I was kept informed of what was going on and how it was going, which I really appreciated. They are so professional, respectful and thorough. He came out and walked around the property with us to help come up with the best plan. Once we decided on which rooms we wanted to do and what colors we wanted to paint, he quickly got a few guys out to the house and they finished 3 rooms in a day! They were super professional, fast, and when they left, it was as if they were never there. They were very clean and outside of our rooms looking amazing, we would have no idea that they were in out house! We will absolutely only use Avid in the future!"
