"It was a major project and Wally (the owner) was open and honest about his pricing, potential issues that could be uncovered which could alter pricing, I never felt as if he wasn’t looking out for my best interest."

"It was a wonderful experience. Matt knew what he was doing. He listened to what we wanted and made sure we got what we wanted. He had suggested we visit a Cabinet maker store in Lancaster and after doing that we found the perfect cabinets for us. His work is excellent. He is very efficient and neat. Even with our changes he was able to maintain and keep the project on schedule. On a personal level he and his helper were very nice. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone and we are having him come back to do other projects."

"I am absolutely pleased with GJP Developers. From my initial meeting with, Gary, the owner, throughout the entire project experience, there was clear consistent communication. All of my questions were answered. The crew were efficient, timely, respectful and skilled. They built a powder room on my 1st floor. The job was completed earlier than the original plan. I recommend GJP Developers with the highest commendations."

"On-time and on point. Power washed the cornice of the house which is 22 ft high. The team used a ladder and performed an excellent service. I would recommend PG Tedesco Construction. Reliable and dependable. Update: 07/23/2021 I was the bar manager at the Broad Table Tavern in Swarthmore, PA. The restaurant is located inside the Swarthmore Inn. PG Tedesco construction did lots of painting work in the restaurant prior to the opening of the restaurant and the hotel. I would always hear our guest compliments the paint job quality inside the restaurant. It is open to the public in the case that you want to see what they did."

"I found the owner of the company to be very honest. When I met with Mr. Viohl abut what I wanted done. I told him, he gave me the cost and it ended up being pretty much at that cost. No hidden charges. They were responsible, trustworthy, and on-time every single day. They cleaned up everything, I never had to clean up after myself. all the workers were experts in the field. Highly recommend them. Easy to talk to. They answered all of my questions. The owner, Andrew Viohl, he's the most attentive person. He really wants his customer to be happy with the end result. You get top-notch response. They are prompt and will give you what you pay for. The follow-up is great, if there's something you need to discuss after the job they will address it for you."

"Every step of the way was above expectations. Scheduling was easy, I was notified of ETA, and Al, our technician, was prompt and thorough. We needed our gas fireplace cleaned, and the job was done thoroughly, carefully, and efficiently. Our 25+ year old fireplace now functions perfectly and looks amazing. Can’t beat the price. 10/10 recommend."

"Very efficient. Perfect with timing. Not over priced at all. He cleaned up the entire area after completion."

"Replacement of the major support beam for a rear deck, as well as repair/replacement of several smaller supports of the deck's floor surface. When Perry came to look at what needed to be repaired/replaced, he took photos of all of the the damaged support structures (termite damage), so when the crew came to do the work, they had the photos and knew exactly where to look and what to look for. They came on time and immediately went to work. The job was completed promptly, and when I examined the replacement(s)/repairs, you could tell this crew knew exactly what they were doing! Great job!"

"Craig was very professional and proficient. He remodeled my kitchen floors after we were experiencing cracking of our tile floors. He stuck to my budget and time line that I requested and did a beautiful job! Definitely recommend him!"
