"This was such a great experience.  My first try with Angie's list ...Juan and the rest of the JA Drywall team made the process so easy.  Juan responded to my initial response and he worked with me online.  I sent him some dimensions, drawings, and pictures.  In return he gave me an estimated price, but then came out just a day or two later.  The project was a full basement finish including a drywall ceiling.  The team showed up on the day we agreed they would start (about 3 weeks later).  Arrived early that morning and got ready for the drywall to be delivered.  A half a day later they had all the drywall install!!!  The next 4 days was made up of the finishing work which was about 2-3 hours each time he came.  The team did not leave any debris behind and the basement looks awesome.  Could not have asked for a better experience.

"Trevor came out with another guy (I forgot his name) and they were awesome! Any time I had a question. I can call them and get a quick response. I didn’t fully understand how my unit worked at first so I had to contact Bill (who is just as awesome) Trevor came right over. "Alpha & Omega PMR did a good job with repairing my window I was having a draft come thru my front window and because the window balance was off he was able to rebalance the window and repair the spring loads as well as replace the locks and clips to repair it, saved me a headache of replacing the entire window frame. I highly recommend his services, legit and honest work. 10/10"

"Regarding the first job to replace the shower door rollers, David called me the night before to confirm what was needed and said he would call me the next morning when he was on his way. He arrived on time and immediately got to work. Because of the design of the shower door assembly, Dave had to remove both doors and since I had already purchased replacement roller wheels, I decided to replace all the roller wheels on both doors. The doors now work perfectly. The second time I called was to fix the casement window in my living room. The lock handle broke off with the window in the locked position. I spoke to Daniel McElreavey to set up an appointment and was told he doesn't do work in Philadelphia, but he had a handyman he works with and would relay my problem to him. He said he was meeting up with the handyman in about 1/2 hour that same day and told me to email him pictures of the window and lock, which I did. I never heard back from either Daniel or the handyman and that is why I gave such a low rating."

that needed to be performed, as well as a cost and time estimate to install these improvements. I appreciated being able to ask questions and have a positive and informed discussion about the issues. Dan is a very pleasant and knowledgeable "gentleman" who works very hard at explaining the tasks that needed to be performed. Dan is the one who made me believe in the Mark Group and it's ability to make these changes translate into energy savings.

When the work was scheduled to be performed, the installers were knowledgeable professionals, who showed up on time and worked long hours to get the work complete within the two date estimate.

The work was done with respect for my property and without undue interruptions. The installers were also very pleasant and informative.

Dave Condin was the final person who came to do quality control. He is an amazing and talented person. He is fun to talk with and seems to be the ultimate problem solver.

A week after the installation we are now facing a heat wave, and I can already see the benefits of this program. My house does not heat up because of the attic. The air conditioning runs less frequently, and the house seem far more comfortable.

The best part is that PEPCO agrees to a rebate off the cost of the installation. This makes the process and unbelievable bargain.

There was much attention to detail in installing the new shingles, and necessary unexpected repairs that were identified were done without delay. The workers are efficient and effective. The areas are gone over and left spotless with followup people coming by the next day to be sure all is in order."
