"Everything went well working with Chris and Dan. This was our first experience remodeling anything in our home and we were very anxious and paranoid the whole time. As a result, we were often asking questions as to why they were doing things a certain way and both were happy to explain themselves and it always made rational sense. They were very patient with our questions as well as our indecisiveness at times and they were also helpful in providing guidance from a design and functionality standpoint which we found valuable. "Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
