"From start to finish everything went smoothly and on time. Carpet in office was removed and replaced with wood floors to match the other wood floors on our main level. Could not have had a better match having to match 25 year old wood floors. They looked perfect. Excellent job. Highly professional and prompt. I will use again in the future."

"I was very pleased. Their price was competitive. It's only been 6 months so time will tell for quality. Two people came to complete the service. They came at 10 and they were done at 4 or 5 o'clock. It took them all day. The salesman was good. The installers were timely and they had good craftsmanship. I liked the selection of carpets they had."

"The work took 6 days instead of 3-4, as quoted, due to the fact that they had to re-sand and apply polyurethane two additional times to get rid of the tiny grain like bumps that appeared once the floor dried. This meant having our home in disarray, dealing with toxic fumes and having our pets locked up for all these days. When we asked why there were all these bumps in the polyurethane, the owner said he did not know what caused them. You would think that a business that "claims" to specialize in wood floor installation would know these things. Other issues. Sloppy application of stain and polyurethane, that ran down the sides of staircase. The workers put a hole in wall, they did a poor job of patching it up. Cracked our baseboard molding. (poor repair job) Scuffed up all of inside entrance existing wood floor, which they denied causing. I have tried several solutions to remove all the scuffs, but I have to now hire a company to buff out my entrance hall area. Overall, this company was overpriced for what we got! The other company that we should have gone with included moving furniture, painting risers and spindles of staircase as part of the installation. And the price would have been close to IC Flooring. Now I am interviewing painters for the next step in completing this project; patching, repairing and painting all of which could have been done as part of the floor job. I feel that the rating we gave this company was more than fair."

"This is the second time we have had Burgess Flooring come out and do work.  The first time was the laminate in the kitchen and living room and then this time it was to finish it off by doing all 3 bedrooms.  They showed up on time and got to work and finished up in record time!  This included carpet tear out and also helping to move a few larger pieces of furniture out of the way.  We plan on having them back to tile a couple of bathrooms in the future and they definitely will be the ones we call if we get another home and need the flooring done!

"Orlando was amazing. He assisted us with getting the cabinets for a cheaper price and discounted flooring. He was very professional and had the job completed on time. I will definitely use him again. I also referred him to my neighbor and my son who also loved his work."

"Floors did a great job installing the maple hardwood floor in our kitchen and family room we could not be happier with the outcome!! We have had many very positive comments on our new hardwood floor from visitors to our home!!We were also very pleased with the fact that Angel Floor started and completed the work as promised. The installation crew was great, and we felt perfectly comfortable having them in our home. They were quick and efficient.

Thanks again for a great job!!!"

"We visited the showroom, picked out the quartz, confirmed the price. A representative visited our home to take detailed measurements. I provided my own sinks and he took one, so the cut out would be the correct size. Within 2 weeks a team came to the house to remove old countertops and install the new ones. Team was very efficient, put pads down to protect floors, careful in removing old countertops, installed new countertops and sinks, and cleaned up. Fireplace & Granite provided the best price of all the dealers we visited. Great company to work with."

"Franco clearly has been doing this a long time, as he knows how important communication is between the provider of the service and the customer. He arrived within the time range he stated to take measurements and provide a list of supplies that I would need to purchase (i.e., 35 ft. of tile within certain size range, 1 - 32" threshold,1 bag of Thinset, 1 small bag of grout, 1 jumbo wax ring with bolts and 1 water supply line for the toilet). He thought that concrete was probably under my existing tile, since he had worked on a similar older home with plaster walls. After I selected my tiles and purchased my supplies, I called him to set up an appointment to do the work. I was pleasantly surprised that he was willing to start the work on that Sunday, which prevented me from having to be home during the week. He placed drop cloths from the entry way to the bathroom to protect my oak floors. He handled the challenge of a very rusty toilet base screw that was not turning even when WD-40 was applied well.  He made a run to Lowe's to purchase a tool to cut the screw, so he could remove the toilet. He was correct about concrete being under the tiles, which saved me from having to purchase cement board and nails. He removed the old tiles being careful not to let the shards damage a refinished tub. I had an extra drop cloth we placed over the tub side. The concrete under the old tiles was uneven as can be expected in a 1945 year old house, but the tiles were laid level nonetheless with 1/8" grout lines. The tiled floor was laid in a clean straight pattern. He cut the tiles to go around a 3 ft. x 2 ft. vanity cabinet. And, cut a few notches out of the stone threshold, so it would fit nicely in the space. When he came back to grout the tiles and re-install the toilet, he was very aware if his shoes were dirty and insisted upon first washing them before coming into my house. The bathroom tile floor looks beautiful, blending the color of the existing shower tile with the wood floors in the hall. Franco is an experienced professional when it comes to tile installation. He is also friendly, respectful, reliable with high integrity. I definitely will hire him again for any tile or stone installation for kitchens, bathrooms or porches.
