"The floor refinishing was fine. Where we had issue was the laying of our glass back splash. I feel we needed somebody more in tune with this kind of delicate work. I keep finding cracks and bad cuts. Hopefully this will be resolved as I picked this company based on the great customer service philosophy"

"We used John Capatina and I C Hardwood Floors in the past and were very pleased. We did not hesitate to use them again, and we were again very pleased. John and his worker worked Friday and Saturday to refinish the floor while we were out of town. John's prices are still excellent and we spent less than we thought we would. They did a great job and the floors are beautiful!"

The sales associate was informative, helpful and communicative. Got to installation very quickly (within a week). Installation was done well and clean. "Since our last cleaning seven years ago , we had done some remodeling including replacing flooring. The COIT crew arrived on time. They were the most courteous and knowledgable service personnel we have had in years. Did a complete job and showed us the before and after pictures. Beyond debris and dust they found parts of a small styrofoam child's airplane. Since there have not been children in the house for 20+ years, the parts had been there along time. Pleased with the work and will use again."
