"The new finish is BEAUTIFUL. The floors look better than when they were new! The old finish was a traditional, semi-gloss, golden oil-based finish. The new one is matte, more transparent/colorless water-based finish. Had a couple spots on the final coat, they came back no questions asked and corrected. Very professional and always on time. "The floor refinishing was fine. Where we had issue was the laying of our glass back splash. I feel we needed somebody more in tune with this kind of delicate work.
