"They did an excellent job. They used a third party, and maybe I should praise the third party. Home Depot had good prices on good quality carpeting. The builders were the one who directed me to Home Depot, because their prices can't be beaten. The installers got the job done efficiently, cleanly, and very well. Home Depot has somebody that handles the carpeting. They may or may not be well trained. My guess is that their experience is variable. The fellow who we had was very knowledgeable. He wasn't trying to sell the most expensive product. We were fortunate that we got somebody who was knowledgeable. I think they have great products, price, and selection. If you have done homework and you know what you want, you can't beat that. If you went in there not knowing what you wanted, you might get a good product and price, but I would be less sure about that."

"I had old, dated vinyl floors in my large kitchen. I wasn't quite ready to make the investment in hardwood floors, so Mike helped me pick vinyl flooring to cover the existing flooring. Unbelievable selection, so that was the hardest part. They let me take a whole sample book home to finalize my choice. Price was fair. Ordering was quick and installation was only a few days later. It took his crew less than five hours to install. They look amazing! I am so happy that now I'm not sure I'm ever going to want hardwood."

"Owner Jimmy and crew were very punctual. Materials arrived on time and installation began in the kitchen. This was an all day job involving a lot of meticulous cutting. The prior installation had been sloppy and seams were covered with caulking to cover the uneven installation. All the floor molding was carefully removed and replaced. In addition I had wooden strips placed between the rooms instead of the metal strips. The upstairs bathroom was quicker. There had been a leak and Jimmy replaced the flooring that was soft before beginning the installation. He also alerted me to a new area of concern on the toilet so I contacted a plumber. <br />Judy, co-owner and Sarah and Sandy the sales associates were very helpful in assisting me to select the right product for my needs and budget.This is a family run business and I have used there services before to install carpeting throughout my house. They take a great deal of pride in their work. No wonder they have been in the flooring business for approximately 40 years. I am happy to recommend Jimmy's Carpets. <br /> <br />"

Made a call to request a price quote, Barbara was able to come out and take measurements that afternoon, called w/estimate the next day, and worked with my schedule to get the work on the calendar. Their installers knocked out the work in one day (second floor and staircase of a small Cape Cod), including removal of old carpet, and everything looked great when they were done!"

"They did a very good job; it just didn't really help. Air ducts just don't stay clean. I mean, that the nature of the work is you clean air ducts and then they get dirty again, so that's not their problem. They did a fine job. They just don't stay clean in an old house. I don't think there was anything that they didn't do. We were pleased with them. We called them, they came, they cleaned the ducts. They were very responsive. I think they were punctual. They came when they said they would come. I don't think I'd bother to clean the air ducts again because I think that they don't stay clean. I don't think I would do it again, but if I were going to do it again, I would use them. They were reasonable. They did what they said. They were clean and neat."
