Every thing that they did was very nicely done - clean straight lines, no dirt or rubble remaining around the job site. He also replaced a malfunctioning sump pump with a new one with new piping. After the work was done, he explained what he did and showed us how to monitor the sump pump. He also clearly advised us about another potential problem that concerns us - a main/meter shut off valve. There was no high sales pressure. Although I did have to prove to the repairman after he unclogged the drain and said he was finished, that there was still a leak by putting a paper towel underneath the pipe. 15 minutes later after going to his truck 3 times, he found the leak and stopped it. Then the job was done. The price was fixed depending on the problem. Time had nothing to do with the price. He was here less than 30 minutes."
