" we have had several companies come in to clean but the stains do seam  reappear,the carpet is twisted type and light colored. Easy for stains to show on the traffic areas... and I think this company did a better job at getting the stains out and guaranteeing  to come back if they reappear and will try a different cleaning methods if they do, mainly I was concerned about the dark stains in front of the fireplace and traffic areas, they all look great for now we'll see in the next few weeks if they reappear. Since this is in the basement we do not use this area as much as we use to, hopefully it will last a while longer."
