"Home Genius is a honest company, We signed contract for seamless gutters, the sales person spent almost 5 hours explaining everything to us as we were first time homebuyers, We Were set to do the Install in March, We had waived inspection and found lots of problem with the house and we decided to put the house back on the market. We called Emily Deily and explained to her and she had the owner Mr Austin call us and was genuinely sad for us and agreed to refund the initial deposit we had made in January 2022, I find Mr Austin and his team at home Genius to be understanding and compassionate, who went above and beyond to help us, I will call them for any new projects and highly recommend them to my friends."

"well, i got conflicting stories. there was a language barrier between the techs and myself. the techs said they could not complete the job; the service rep told me to ignore that. they told me they could not do the repair, i d need someone with scaffolding. yet they szy the gutters were cleaned. skeptical . water remains in the gutter."

"Crack in front wall of basement sealed with flexispan.  No leakage since repair made.   Workman were professional and neat.

"Sam repaired my gutters in a timely manner. He gave me a fair estimate and came back the next day to do the work. We found some additional work that needed to be done and he and his man did that a well. I would recommend him highly."

"I brought them in for new gutters that became a new roof..it was obvious that I needed it. They did a great job and though there were a couple problems they were rectified. I've waited to reply to see how everything did with big storms..I could not be happier...it looks great too!"

"We had a 5" gutter and the guards were not affected because we have a large Maple tree.  The guy that came to do the work said that we needed a larger gutter due to the roof overhang.  He sold us a 6" heavier gauge metal.  In talking with other people, two other providers said that the gutters are larger and heavier than what we needed.  I feel like we didn't need these upgraded gutters that he sold to us.

He cleaned up very well.  We just didn't feel like this was a good cost for what we received."

"I inquired about having my gutters cleaned. I contacted 4 vendors via Angie's list. I heard back from three of them. U-Save Gutter's price was comparable to the other vendors. I chose to contract with U-Save Gutter's because they were prompt to reply, courteous and really appreciative of the possibility to do the work. Once I decided to go with them, they were here the next day. Said they'd be here before 12 and actually showed up first thing in the morning. They were polite and professional. I live in a townhouse. Once they saw my section of gutter tied into my neighbors, they still cleaned the gutter without adjusting the price that now included my neighbors' section. They did a repair that prevented me and my neighbor from having to replace a section of gutter - again, still the same price as originally quoted. They also tightened up a few spots. In all interactions before during and after, they were wonderful. I highly recommend and will use them again if/when needed."

"I have to wait and see when it rains if they repaired my gutters so it doesn't rain through the seam. they put up a drip edge where the water was coming through, so now I wait for a good heavy rain. It would pour through the seam like a sheet of glass. But they did a good job."
