"Very well. They fixed the fan and since we had time left on the hour minimum, they installed a shelf."

"The home had some devices that were not properly installed by a previous installer, so they made sure everything was properly grounded and tested every outlet and light at the end to insure it was safe and up to code. Will definitely use them for future needs, highly recommended."

"Great! A.W. Masonry lifted the heating unit, broke up the old sidewalk, put in a few inches of gravel and poured the new sidewalk."

"There was significant damgage to the ceiling and wall in the kitchen, consequent to a leak from the upstairs bathroon, and significant damage in the living room from a leak in the upstairs window.
He repaired both places such that you could not tell that there was ever any damage there.
He was prompt in his response, professional and pleasant in his demeanor.
He came back after the repairs were completed to make sure that the repairs had cured well.

I  thought his price was reasonable, and it was lower than that offered by all but one of the other contractors whom I asked to give me a bid on the job.

"I can not emphasize enough the promptness, politeness and professionalism provided by Richard. I had spent the previous day, trying to no avail, to install a double keyed deadbolt for our side garage door. Finally I gave up and came across Home Locksmith USA on Angie's List. I contacted Richard the following Sunday morning about 8:30am and he was here within an hour! His travel time alone was probably somewhere between 30-45 minutes, which should really emphasize his promptness! As he took me through the installation process he explained what he was doing as well as highlighting the steps where I had trouble. He understood it could be tricky which made me feel better. The job he did was AMAZING!! I was so pleased! In addition I was going to have him install a replacement lock/handle for a french door because of a color change. Right away (and before I opened up the packaging), he recognized it was incompatible with the current locking system. Unless I could find the exact match, he recommended not messing with it to avoid more headaches. His honesty in the end saved me even more money! Any locking need, look no further than Richard Baxter!! Thank you Richard for all you did!!"

"Dana was prompt, friendly, courteous and professional. He was able to expertly install blinds throughout the house, even on windows that were surrounded by steel plating under the sheetrock. We also had him repair a broken stair in the foyer. In addition to the repair, he reinforced the stair so that it wouldnt break again. I will be calling upon Dana for more work in the future and highly recommend him to others."
