"I called this company and was able to get an appointment at a convenient time in relatively short order (within a week).  The technician and an extra person who was in training came to my house right on time.  My Carpet had not been cleaned on over two years and though it was not heavily stained was dingy and showed dirt particularly in high traveled areas.  The team applied some pre-treatment and then used what looked like a very new and well kept steam-vacuum system to clean my carpets.  I was very happy with the results as spots and high traffic areas were like new when they were finished.  The results were much better than I would have expected with older carpet like I have in my house. <br />"

When I inquired about it, they told me the date they chose and it had to be changed as I was going to be out of town which delayed my installation even more. That was frustrating. However, the installation went very well. Darren the installer was stellar! He played very calming and relaxing music that was obviously not only conducive to his work but I also enjoyed the music and it helped keep my cat calm with the temporary disruption of the installation work itself! "I have an old rental house that was in need of some carpets. I called World of Floors, along with a few other carpet businesses in town. John from World Of Floors listened to what we were asking for told us where we could get the best deal on carpet (something I double checked after the fact {he was right, by the way!}) and was able to get us taken care of just a couple of days after the carpet was ready. The rooms look great and the install crew cleaned up nicely when they were done. I definitely will be calling them again when it comes time to redo the carpets in my house or my other rental!
