"Harmond was very knowledgeable and understood this model. He looked at the situation and found that a service bulletin was issued for this model, which three previous repair in-person repair technicians had not told me about. He diagnosed the problem as requiring a new kit to replace the main PCB control board and the display board. He gave me the OEM part number. I highly recommend Neli Virtual Appliance Repair, my first virtual repair experience. Cost $35. I would do it again. Took 15-20 minutes to install app and pay at start of appt."

"Excellent! Both appliances are working well since he's fixed them. I highly recommend Marty."

"Paul is conscientious, thorough and professional. In addition to installing door trim and crown molding for our living and dining rooms, he also replaced the flooring and trim in and on our barn. The work was done efficiently, completed on time and was cost-effective. It looks great. We would definitely call on Paul for any future need. We recommend him highly."

"I was a bit hesitant to contact someone without a personal recommendation but Kim was great. He followed up on the call the next day. He did what he said he was going to do at the price he quoted. I would recommend using The Appliance Installer."

"I contacted Jaime about repairing my deck a few weeks ago.  He came out, and I showed him exactly what I wanted done.   Eventually, the deck needs to be replaced, but I told Jaime that I was not ready to do that.  I told him that I only wanted to repair and/or replace several boards for now.  He listened to what I wanted and gave me a good estimate a few days later.

"You did not hook me up with business' that repair and/or maintain printers which is what I asked you to link me with!"

"Went well. Technicians need to be trained to perform safety procedures for appliances maintenance checks. Making sure appliances being worked on are properly functioning and safe to use for customer. The customer should not be telling or begging technicians to perform safety checks on appliances. More training is needed please. Thank you for your service."
