My goal was to never replace the roof or siding on this house again no matter how long I decide to live here so it was important to me that it was done right and I was worried about it. I had a lot of questions and requested some changes plus there are always extra things that creep up and need to be addressed that have nothing to do with the primary job like fixing the deck flashing. Gary, Dave and crew were patient, professional, knowledgeable and reliable. Communication was really good. All of my concerns and extras were addressed without me having to ask again or give reminders. Timeline was good. Cleanup was good. Price was good. I am impressed with the way this company operates. "The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."
