"They repaired our Viking stove and Subzero fridge. I was the last customer of the day for the fridge guy, Mike, and even though it was late he came, did a thorough inspection of the problem and overall health of the fridge, and then proceeded to do a complex set of repairs that took almost 4 hours. I have never-ever--had a service professional as dedicated to doing what was promised as Mike. Two days later, I had Appliance Tech pros take care of a problem with my Viking oven. While this was not quite as 'heroic' an effort, my tech was extremely knowledgable, did a thorough diagnosis and explained his findings to me, then efficiently made the repairs we agreed to. It is very hard to find great service companies for appliances. My experience with Appliance Tech Pros was top notch, and I very strongly recommend them to anyone else, especially those with high-end appliances like Viking, SubZero, etc. Jonathan Darsey"

"Great, employee was professional, informative and had supplies on his truck to make the repair. In and out in 45 minutes. Would use this company for any future repairs! Great service though a bit pricy."

"I had the best experience ever, My tech was Victor he was the most pleasant and mannerly repair man ever . He was a pleasure to have in my home. I can honestly say I have a New friend. I give him a 10 star for is over all bed side manner . (this is hard to fine today) I will use them in the future if needed or recommend them."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Calling to schedule a repair was easy and they were very friendly. Peter came to look at my ice maker and it needed to be replaced. He was friendly and very knowledgeable and was not grossed out by the the dust behind my fridge :-). i would highly recommend Mr. V to anyone that needs repairs/service. They are great!"

"This is a small business but the owner came to our house and determined our lower double oven thermostat had failed after running a self clean cycle. We decided to replace both thermostats since the oven was built-in and 20 years old. He returned with a helper a few days later and with a lift system to put the oven on since it couldn't be placed on the floor. His parts and labor price were reasonable and we avoided buying a new unit."

"Technician was on time, knowledgeable and polite. He knew exactly what to do, had all the parts on his truck and gave me good advice to repair or buy new etc. He was able to repair on the same visit and even repaired something else. Very pleased!"

"The repair was done very quickly and professionally."
