He was very communicative and not pushy at all to try to get more work - he eventually recommended we purchase a new dishwasher as President's Day sales were coming up (as it would be too costly to repair the existing unit). Until then he put in a temporary fix. His office manager was always quick to reply by email or phone. The pricing was very good and I would gladly recommend D&M and use them again in the future."

After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. "Following the last thunderstorm and resulting power outage, our GE Profile Advantium built in speed cookoven didn't work. I used Angi to find a repair shop and AGB Repair contacted me right away and arranged for a service technician to come. The cost was $90 to diagnose the issue and obtain an estimate on the overall repair and is applied to the work. The technician, Jared Ventura, was friendly and so professional. He found that the problem was the power board, which is expensive, and replacing that may not fix the issue. There are three other boards in the oven which cannot be checked without the power board being replaced. I have not yet decided in going forward with the replacement of the power board or replacing the entire unit as it is 15 years old. Should I have appliance issues in the future, I will contact AGB first thing."
