I bought the paint, they applied it and the joints are seamless. Replaced gutters without issue. Also replaced shutters on the front of the house but only after doing a test drill to verify they could install them properly into the brick mortar. Paul (owner and crew chief) was diligent. Showed up on time and the crew cleaned up after themselves nicely. Austin (sales rep and estimator) was a pleasure to work with."

From start to finish Devan has been fantastic. Staying in constant communication and answering all my calls and texts. Even handling every lil issue I had and making sure I was nothing but satisfied. Even taking the time on his last day in The production department(he was promoted, as he should be) to come closeout my gutter. Devan and Caleb and all the home Genius employees are the reason that this company truly is a different t experience. "Customer Svc (calling into the office for scheduling/ followup) huge pain. The scheduling process is tedious. They pummel you with a barrage of emails, texts, phone calls. Their price is double other reasonable specific providers vs local handyman providers. I went with these guys based on their claim they *fix/repair* any minor defects. My oversized gutters were new a few years b4 service. I cleaned the gutters myself up until Ned Stevens work. I thought the check and fix was a good decision. As a result of this work, I now have downspouts separating from the gutter that I cannot fix myself. I expected much more for $190. Their *deals* $7 off , 10% off offer no value in my opinion."

"The man who came out to provide a free appraisal was extremely helpful in aiding me to understand the condition of the roof that resulted in leaks and offered two different solutions -- one that cost $350 and another that costs $1165 -- and recommended the less expensive one in reasonable expectation that it would solve my particular problem. The repair crew will do the job sometime within the next 60 days."
