"It went perfectly. Ivan and his team delivered what he said and it turned out better than we expected. He didn’t cut corners and made suggestions to make it better. We had a unique project. We had a deck above our front door rebuilt but the contractor did not finish the work underneath. We needed a ceiling put in, trim and a wood-box outline to complete the look. He also painted it. It was a two day project. They cleaned up nicely. Up to the start date, Ivan would text me with updates as to where we were on his list. I appreciated the constant contact."

"UPDATE:  04-29-2015:  After the original post, Mr. Burns emailed me explaining that he was very sorry for not responding promptly. This was due to the the busy season starting and he was in the process of hiring additional help.  Mr. Burns came to our home on 04-23-2015, and arrived at the agreed time. Very prompt.  Mr. Burns listened carefully to what our project needs were and asked questions just to make sure he had a good understanding of our needs.  He said he would get back to me in a couple of days with an estimate and he did.  I thought his price was very reasonable considering the work that would be involved.  In the end, we decided to put off the project until a later date."
