"After hiring two decorators and letting them go because I was not satisfied with their services, I came across Kelly and immediately thought "this is what I really needed all along". Kelly was absolutely wonderful. On the first appointment, she was patient in listening to me talk through my several room inspirations I found online and talked with me to understand what I was trying to do with my space. Once we figured that out, she had wonderful paint colors to suggest and even what accessories to put in my space to really make the room come to life the way I imagined it to be. The first session we picked out paint and the follow up session we literally sat on my couch browsing online together to find accessories that would make the space complete. After ordering everything, the items took a few days to come in and as they did I would communicate with her about how everything was coming together and double check that she still thought everything looked ok and flowed well. Her response was always timely and upbeat! Kelly is an absolute gem! Worth every penny for sure. Not only does she have an amazing eye when it comes to color, she is very professional and very caring. She really has the heart of gold and wants to ensure that you love your space. If she picks something out that you don't love, she is far from offended... she wants YOU to love it, which is key. I highly recommend her!"

"Major dissappointment! We chose to go with Ecoclean because their online advertising said they were the " #1 pet stain and odor remover GUARANTEED!" Satisfaction or your money back. Well, they did neither. We bought a 3 year old house with pet odor in the carpet. The technicians were very nice and professional. They did get rid of SOME spots on the carpet, but as far as removing the odor, they just masked it with fragrance. It came back just as strong as before after a couple days. I contacted them for my money back several weeks ago and still have not heard back. They should be forced to change their advertising."

"This is my second comment/review on my purchase from Jerger and my experiences with this company keeps getting better. The windows in my living room are super large in both height and width (We need a 10-foot ladder to change out or charge a battery), 6 windows in all, motorized that blocks out all sun where the room is pitch black when closed (We have a very large caged parrot that lives in the room and if he doesn’t get his sleep he makes our life’s miserable). The expert salesperson could not have been more professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. The installation of the blinds went quickly, the window covering was better than what I expected. A year and a half later one of the wand batteries went bad. I took the bad battery out of one of the blinds and put it into another just to be sure it was the battery that was defective not the motor. I called Jerger and explained the situation and what I had done to test the battery. Without hesitation he told me that he was ordering a new battery for me and a spare, no ands, ifs or buts it was done. No hassle, no delay, he confirmed that he would replace it immediately. He ordered the batteries and had them sent to my home. If We could give this company 10 stars we would. We would recommend them to everyone for their excellent product, great customer service, great after delivery customer service and follow through."
