"Everything went great from the estimate with Ed to the installation with Wesley and Matt. They were friendly and knowledgeable. It was not an easy installation. I was very pleased with the result. They had respected my property and even called in a roofer to properly vent the system through the roof. They even installed my smart thermostat. I would use them again. Previously, there was electric heat on the second floor. Other companies balked at giving me a solution for gas but they had no problem running the line upstairs. Goodby high electric bills!"

He was able to get me scheduled within a few days to get the work done and the work was done very well! There was an issue with some of the old wiring in my house that came up during the installation which caused the fuse to blow when the A/C/Heat turned on and he took the time (2-3 hours) to replace the wire to ensure the A/C worked without issues in the future."

"Shavitz Heating and AC is always great. We called Monday AM and they worked with our schedule to have someone come between 1-3 PM on the same day. I received a heads up call that the technician was on the way at 1:45 and Craig K. arrived at 2 PM. Craig assessed the problem, fixed the first broken part and when that only partly improved our unit's function he (after asking permission and giving an estimate) continued to search for issues and performed maintenance that we hadn't had for years that has improved our unit's function to better than when we moved in 5 years ago. Service was prompt, punctual and professional - we've used Shavitz before and will continue to use and recommend."

"When I saw some soot around a wall vent opening, I took off the vent cover and noticed how the duct was realllllly dirty. It had been awhile since they were professional cleaned outside of my cleaning a little bit with a vacuum cleaner (when I remember). Beside a furnace, A/C I also have a whole humdifier and air purifier attached to the furnace. I received serveral estimates for cleaning and was amazed at the price increases since the last time I had the ducts cleaned. Mr Duct was reasonable, asked the most pertinent questions regarding my system and I scheduled with them. They were completely professional, followed COVID 19 guidelines and did a more thorough job than the last time I had it done. They showed me after pictures. I highly recommend Mr. Duct."

"Our furnace broke down last week, I had 3 estimates with other companies. However, were pleased with the warranty and coverage offered by Four Seasons Heating and Cooling. The installation process truly EXCEEDED my expectations. Both techs arrived on time and respected COVID-19 guidelines- very knowledgeable, courteous, went above and beyond with removing old furnace and installing new one. Previous company that installed our old furnace made multiple errors, but Jermaine (tech) had a great deal of patience throughout the difficult challenges in replacement (moving gas pipe, electrical wiring, vent pipes, etc.). He would keep me up to date on the process throughout the day. You'll definitely be lucky if you're scheduled with this AMAZING tech! After a week with no heat I finally have a very warm house and I'm a super happy customer!"

Phoenix gave us the lowest quote (16k less than the highest quote!) and also had the best customer service. Everything was explained to us before, during, and after the installation. "The boiler had needed some replacement pipes as well as the solution to the slight smell of gas when near the boiler itself. Prior to calling for service for these issues, I had removed the majority of the damaged piping and purchased all new of what I was able to remove. I couldn't remove the bushing that attaches directly to the boiler or the nipple that attached to that bushing to save my life. On the night prior to the day of my appointment, there was a snow storm and time moved ahead. I had forgotten to move my clocks ahead that resulted in my arriving about 20 minutes late. The repairman was kind enough to not only wait for my arrival, but to shovel part of the snow from my walkway that leads to the basement. This guy is just great. He removed the fused together bushing and nipple in no time flat. It was amazing for me to watch. I had to pick up a couple more pieces of pipe for my job to be completed and we scheduled to continue after I did so. Luckily, The pipe I needed was in stock and he was able to return the very next day, he removed my bushing and nipple, installed ALL of my pipes, and provided and replaced my leaking gas line. MY BUILDING NOW HAS HEAT AND I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!!! Now I have to have the other parts of the building repaired that were damaged from when the boiler had stopped working and a pipe had burst. You won't be disappointed if you hire Discovery Heating and Cooling. If I have another related job in the future, I will definitely call Discovery. Thanks again Discovery."
