"While having our air ducts cleaned, mildew was discovered on the inside the supply plenum on our A/C unit in the attic (possibly from all the moisture Harvey dumped on us for days). Although the unit was only four years old, we decided it was best to replace it before it got worse. To hopefully avoid this type of problem in the future, we wanted to install some form of UV light in the plenum after it's replacement, but we were very concerned about the ozone that's released into the home's air from some of these types of lights. After research, we decided on one of the Lennox UV lights and Matthew installed it for us. So far we've had no problems with this UV light, and we continue to be happy with Air Specialist's work."
