They gave me a good deal and I was impressed with their attitude, so I hired them to do the work instead of the company we had dealt with previously. They got the new system installed and checked out in good time. They also took care of registering the new system with the manufacturer so that we're sure it's under warranty."

"HVAC system went out and needed a new one on short notice. Team Enoch responded the same day and were out 2 days later to replace the HVAC system. Installation was done meticulously and with great care and the price was very fair. We paid about $6000 for a 4 ton American Standard (aka Trane) system. The first company that quoted me estimated $8900 for the exact same system and undoubtedly lower quality of work (Abundant Air Condition and Heating). Miles was my point of contact and did not try to push a sale and encouraged me to do some research for myself. "Exceptional Customer Service! We meet with Everett L to determine our best options for replacing our heating and air conditioning system. He was honest, professional - very knowledgeable. We shopped 4 Top Tier companies and decided on Rescue Air due to his professionalism, his engineering expertise. On the day of the installation we meet Erick Sandoval installation lead, his installers - Eduardo and Daniel. Erick and I discussed the issues we were having in our house, hot spots in the summer, cold in the winter - poor airflow. He and his team surveyed our system and came back to me with his recommended solution - great communicator! What happened next was truly exceptional. Our original system was not placed in the attic correctly. Erick suggested we move the placement of the system in the attic - to do so - involved his team building a new platform in our attic requiring 2x6's joist installation w 3/4 inch plywood deck etc - a lot of work. Rescue Air made this decision because it was the RIGHT thing to do for us! It would solve our airflow issues and support efficiency in the long run. They did NOT ADD ON ANY extra fees / costs for doing so - they did this on their own - for their customer benefit.!! ON Rescue Airs' installation agreement they have 7 Guarantees listed - no frustration, no lemon, comfort 100% back ...- this companies culture supports these pledges! The exceptional service continues - when placing the outside unit - RA landscaped the area - brought in white marble rock, leveled the deck area using bagged top soil and they moved the unit away from adjacent unit and house (more efficient air flow). They replaced two outside circuit breaker boxes / panels. All at no extra cost! Each member of RA was very careful in placing drop clothes, cleaning up dust, use of booties etc.. The bottom line for us - this is our HVAC company for life - they do what they say - do it very well - do what is right no matter the cost to them - they mentor their employees - their employees have pride in their work - they are professionals - I highly recommend Rescue Air!! Our new system is fantastic - air flow is exceptional - the air quality is an 11 out of 10. And for the skeptics out there - I don't write reviews - I am not a paid spokesman - this company is exceptional in delivering great service - I appreciated their taking their time / applying their knowledge and solving our HVAC issues - they are problem solvers - great listeners!"

"Mechanical Comfort Systems installed a new heating and air system when my upstairs (where all the bedrooms are located) system went out in the heat of the summer on a Thursday (left for work and it was working... got home and it was 90 degrees upstairs). I had another HVAC contractor out before calling Mechanical Comfort Systems and their proposal was significantly more expensive for a lesser system than I received from Mechanical Comfort Systems (the efficiency of the system was an upgrade from existing, and other company quoted replacement with same efficiency as existing). The system was replaced quickly (on a Saturday), and the installers were great, very professional. They cleaned up after themselves, and did a great job. During the freeze this February, I had a water pipe freeze and burst. Mechanical Comfort Systems came out the day after, even though driving conditions were still terrible and all my friends in similar situation were being told it'd be several days to a week before a plumber could come unless they paid some ridiculously expensive emergency fee... I recommended Mechanical Comfort Systems to three other people I knew that also had frozen pipes burst, and they all had them come after fix theirs after I gave them Mechanical Comfort Systems information. I strongly recommend Mechanical Comfort Systems to anyone needing any plumbing or HVAC work. I'll definitely use them again... although I hope not anytime soon ?"

"We certainly had a lot of options to get this work done, extreme air came in with a good price and good reputation. There was a small snafu with the original install, but their inspector was out as a routine follow up the same day and noted a few things he did not like. They came back out the next morning, and then less than an hour and corrected cleaned and completed the job to our 100% satisfaction. I know who to call for AC issues in the future."
