He made several suggestions, cleaned the system and installed ultra violet items to mitigate the mold and keep the ducts clean. He was extremely easy to understand and showed us everything that he did. He also did a few minor fixes on our vents. I would definitely use them again."

There was no attempt to sell me something I didn't need. The crew showed up on time, they worked all day and into the night, and were very polite. They made a few modifications to our duct work that wasn't in the proposal, but needed to be done to increase the efficiency of the system, and didn't ask for a dime more. Once they were finished and left, the whole area was picked up and so clean you hardly knew they'd been here. Everything works great and we're very happy we hired them."

He explained the issue thoroughly and recommended reaching out to the company that installed the furnace so they can correct their oversight. Wilson also reviewed the hot water heater installed by ABC and noted that it will require a plumber to return to install a drip leg. I really appreciated how transparent he was about what ABC handled and what was the responsibility of the previous installer. A representative came out (on time!) to review my current system and since my duct work was original to the house, it definitely needed to be replaced. It was filled with dirt, mold, and bacteria. The representative took the time and explained what current system I had and what would be best for my home as well as my health (new filtration system too!) The following day, a engineer came to my home to custom design a duct system that would provide the best air flow in my home. The current duct system I had was not constructed properly so my home was not receiving enough air flow. No wonder our house was so hot! The work was completed within 2 days. They dispatched a tech who was able to troubleshoot my issue and it actually ended up just being a programming issue with the thermostat that they were able to resolve very easily. I donâ t even think they charged me for it tbh. They just wanted to help. Was very refreshing dealing with a company like this."

Installation was done meticulously and with great care and the price was very fair. We paid about $6000 for a 4 ton American Standard (aka Trane) system. The first company that quoted me estimated $8900 for the exact same system and undoubtedly lower quality of work (Abundant Air Condition and Heating). Miles was my point of contact and did not try to push a sale and encouraged me to do some research for myself. I don't know any other service that handles things that fast so I thought it was excellent. They were very polite and showed me everything.
