I emailed Chris Brenner and he responded with a diagnosis and a recommendation for a replacement AVR in the budget range I wanted. On the day of service, the technicians showed up on time and completed the replacement within 30 minutes. Before leaving they demonstrated its operation and answered all of my questions. "Fantastic. I took a lot of Brent's suggestions as he was the specialist and I was glad that I did. First the new mesh network gives all our TV's, computers, backup generator and speakers far better reception and speed than the older Apple Pods and various audio pieces that still worked, but were outdated. Now I can drive any speaker in any room for sound or TV if I wish, all from the simplicity of my iPhone app. Given my background in professional music I am so excited to listen to various music for working out, cooling down or just pleasure with meals. The surround sound Brent's crew installed is better than being in a theater. As for Brent and his team of technicians...they were the kind of guys I would have working for me; punctual, customer-focused and responsive, clever and able to teach my wife and me to run all the systems. There were several rooms which required installations that produced a lot of debris and boxes. Because of the tarps laid down before the set-ups, there was no residue left after they completed our installation. They even carted off all our older equipment, even an old 60" console TV."

"We called Dijis Technology Solutions; they very capably unscrambled the mess, got it up and running properly. Sam (of Dijis) also simplified, consolidated our multiple remotes, and left us clear instructions for smooth operation. We later had one minor glitch; our phone call produced a very prompt response, (maybe 1 - 2 hours) that immediately resolved the problem. This was first class service. The job was a bit complex. Given the time spent working on clearing up the mess, I think the pricing was VERY reasonable. We previously used Dijis to resolve home office wi-fi/router/modem/printer problems. Devin of Dijis capably took care of that service. Now he has others working for him. Sam and his partner who did this most recent service (February, 2019) seem just as capable as Devin himself. Bottom line: next time our home electronics and technology are in rebellion, I will not waste my time trying a do it yourself approach.; I will contact Dijis right away!"
