"We've needed a major staircase upgrade for years and got Caesar and his crew to do it. As we decided on this we mentioned our half bathroom on the main level. He gave us a very fair price on the labor for that, and in fact was able to get us a beautiful and custom made vanity and top. The workmanship is top notch and all the men in the crew are very personable. Caesar not only listens, but he readily ask you questions as to your input on how things be done to your liking. The stairs and powder room turned out beautiful. We've already told Caesar that his services for another project will be needed in the fall."

"The job, carpet removed, new floor installed in dining room and hall, took one day, which was the time the vendor estimated. The vendor arrived on time with two other workers. The job was completed with careful attention to detail and looks beautiful. Workers were very polite. They tried to inconvenience me as little as possible, because my space is not large. Clean-up was thorough. The price paid was fair. Note: they do not take credit cards. The business owner was very pleasant and concerned with my satisfaction. I would definitely use this vendor again and plan to. I highly recommend his services."

"The painters were professional, on time, and respectful! They painted the entire interior including the closets, and followed directions to the letter! They also installed 6 can lights (12 total) in 2 rooms. They left ABSOLUTELY NO MESS behind, and they reinstalled shelving that they took down. "Bathroom Repair MPT Enterprises My wife and I recently moved into a +30 year old home and quickly discovered that the two bathroom had multiple plumbing problems; a shower stall and floor that was cracked and leaking; cabinets in desperate need of repair; and numerous electrical problems. We conducted an extensive search over a 60 day time frame; conducted multiple interviews; checked numerous references and ultimately decided to go with Paul and MPT who was clearly the most qualified AND also happened to be the most price competitive. Regarding the work they performed, I hardly know where to begin but I would start by saying that Paul and his team are the consummate professionals. The work was absolutely first rate (plumbing, electrical, tile, caulk, you name it); communication was ongoing as we always knew WHAT they were going to do, WHEN they we going to do it and they ALWAYS asked our opinion about the smallest detail before any work was done. They arrived on time every day and cleaned up with a broom and dust pan at the end of every work day. "We needed crown molding & painting in 3 of our rooms, dining, living, and den. Nermin came to the house and took measurements. The next day he emailed us a quote for material and labor. We then agreed to terms and a date to begin the project. Nermin brought his crew on the agreed date and they were able to complete the project in one day. Our house is old and the ceiling/walls are uneven. Therefore, Nermin had to do extra work to acheive the right fit. The end result is gorgeous...paint and all! My wife and purchased this home for several reasons, but one thing that attracted us the most was the kitchen. It had recently been remodeled and we fell in love with it. After working w/ Nermin, we learned he had actually done the remodeling w/ the previous owners. New cabinets, tiles, appliances, insulation, granite counter tops, etc. The kitchen is an attraction to all of our guests. It is where we host all of our social gatherings. Nermin has done many projects for us in the past and will continue in the future. He is extremely trustworthy & dependable. The first time he did work for us he had me come to his home to see the beautiful word work he had handcrafted in his living room and kitchen. He has also done work for our neighbors and friends throughout Chicagoland."

I left him an initial voicemail which he returned within the day. He then immediately scheduled an appointment to see the property before receiving the architectural drawings. He spent over an hour with me walking through the site and explaining potential challenges on site. He then drove me to a property around the corner where he had completed e a major renovation (it looked beautiful). Ultimately, we went with a lower bid taking a gamble on inevitable change orders.
