This included a major change in layouts and moving walls, doors, HVAC, plumbing, gas lines, and electrical. I also had custom cabinets and hall tree built for the space. "In July of 2022 we hired Gorman Restoration to refinish our front door. The carpenter stripped the old, wood veneer and replaced it with new veneer that was then stained a beautiful dark walnut. Unfortunately, in less than a year the veneer began to peel off. I contacted the owner, Lucky and he honored the warranty. The door was redone at no cost and it looks better than before. Also, the carpenter was able strip the veneer and then showed me that the wood underneath was in excellent condition, so he stained the wood without adding the veneer. So much better and without the worries of the veneer peeling off due to heat and moisture. I highly recommend this company."

"I contacted High Quality Painting LLC to repaint my fence after severely neglecting it for many years. Most of the paint was already stripped or peeling away, and had been for years, so there was significant damage to the wood as well. They were very confident about identifying the damaged boards and replacing them as well. When they got started, they found quite a few more damaged boards, and ultimately replaced more than what was quoted at no charge. They also recommended I get the fence stained instead of repainted, which is something I had not considered, and am very glad they pointed me in that direction because I think it will help prevent many of the problems I had in the future and be much easier to maintain. The workers were professional and willing to show up on incredibly hot days in between the rainy days to get the work done. I brought up another issue with the gate of the fence rubbing when opened, and that was also fixed at no charge which I appreciated."
