"Our condo building was having roof leaks and Steve Case came out in Dec 2017 and gave us an estimate for a silcone roof. I was also getting quotes from 2 other companies. Due to the extremely cold weather and personal (on my part) scheduling conflicts, SPU did the work in mid-May. The guys (especially Greg) were very professional and punctual. Steve was very accommodating the whole time. The roof looks great and the price was affordable. I definitely recommend SPU!"

"My wife and I were extremely happy with the Murphy's team. Tony arrived at our home on time the day of the consultation. (big plus!!! one contractor no show; the other was late.) Tony was knowledgeable about the products. He helped us make a great window selection while keeping us in our budget. My wife and I decided with the Okna 700 casement series. If you have never heard of Okna you should definitely look into this company. They have some of the best values on the market (U-factor; Solar heat gains). Made in the USA. Unfortunately the majority of our windows were custom sizes. The lead time from Okna /Murphy's was approximately two months from order to install. The install team including Dave, Frank, Alec & Robert were great. They were on time and extremely clean. Drop clothes were always used and they vacuumed up any/all debris. They installed all of the windows in roughly eight hours. I would highly recommend requesting Dave. He does very nice trim work. Seemeless mitres and square trim work. Lastly, the owner Jimmy was thoroughly involved in the whole process. I can be a pain in the *** about certain things and he would always take my calls. Very good guy to do business with. There were a couple small hiccups along the way and Jimmy stuck to his word and everything got resolved. Nice to know that an owner is present and willing to make things right!!! "First of all, let me start by saying that this was the first time that I have done a remodel.  When I made the big decisions about cabinets and floors, I was doing it from photos that I took.  So, when I signed the contract and John was ready to place orders, I had a moment of panic.  Do the cabinets REALLY go with the floors that I picked?  Did I just make a HUGE mistake in my choices.  Well, John was able to get me a cabinet sample pretty quickly so I could go back to the flooring store just to be sure that I was making the right choice.  He offered me a bit of advice during the process "Go with your first instinct."  He was right.  I went with all of my first choices and my place looks amazing.
I live in a high rise.  Anyone who lives in a high rise knows that there are rules about construction, scheduling elevators, and what can and cannot be done.  John was great in working with my building and not forcing me to deal with that headache.
The project was completed on time and on budget.  I am so excited about my improved space.
