"We had a floor leveling issue in which a room was part tile over cement and part carpet over hardwood, with the tiled part being higher than the carpeted part. We wanted to remove the tile, level the entire floor, and have hard wood flooring throughout the room. This was a challenge for the other contractors and flooring people who came out to give estimates. However, Mike of Mike’s flooring came out and immediately knew how to implement a plan of action. Mike’s team responded quickly and finished the job in a timely manner. They were pleasant and respectful, took care to limit the dust, and cleaned up after themselves. Mike also gave us great remodeling advice and provided us with great referrals for other trade experts. Most importantly, Mike charged a fair price, and he and his team did a WONDERFUL job. The new hard wood flooring looks GORGEOUS! Mike is a true expert in flooring, and I highly recommend him and his team."

"We are extremely happy with our flooring project. Redesign scheduled the work and arrived on time the day we were told. They texted us while they were coming. As proposed they carefully moved the furniture to the side of the rooms, removed the carpet,prepped the floor for the new vinyl plank, moved the furniture back and completed the room. There wasn't a need for us to hire a moving company. The project was finished in the estimated time and vacuumed the entire house. Amazing transformation , we will be using them to refinish our kitchen and family room's hardwood floor. Outstanding and very courteous. "I had Adrian, the owner of MCraft, install wood on my second floor and I could not be more impressed with the experience. He was professional from start to finish. He took the time to explain the type of wood being used and walked us through the entire process. He even provided samples of the different stains we wanted to have on our floor, allowing us to choose the perfect color for our space. He was always punctual and when leaving ensured the area was clean. In moving our furniture prior to/ after the job he was always careful. Instead of hurrying through the sanding process he took his time. It was a time consuming process requiring many different levels of sanding and it was clear he was not trying to rush the job. "Very professional and punctual. None of the contacts were pushy, listened extremely well and provided all insurance info immediately, without being asked. They were very flexible in doing whatever I wanted and did a fabulous job. Price was very acceptable. They warned me about the odor of the standard wood coating and it was extemely harsh as warned. If I did hardwood refinishing again, would probably opt for the no odor coating. Was done in a middle floor of an apartment building and both the floor above and below found it to be extremely odorous...especially since it was winter time and could not ventilate easily."
