He gave us a very fair price on the labor for that, and in fact was able to get us a beautiful and custom made vanity and top. "Bathroom Repair MPT Enterprises My wife and I recently moved into a +30 year old home and quickly discovered that the two bathroom had multiple plumbing problems; a shower stall and floor that was cracked and leaking; cabinets in desperate need of repair; and numerous electrical problems. We conducted an extensive search over a 60 day time frame; conducted multiple interviews; checked numerous references and ultimately decided to go with Paul and MPT who was clearly the most qualified AND also happened to be the most price competitive. Regarding the work they performed, I hardly know where to begin but I would start by saying that Paul and his team are the consummate professionals. The work was absolutely first rate (plumbing, electrical, tile, caulk, you name it); communication was ongoing as we always knew WHAT they were going to do, WHEN they we going to do it and they ALWAYS asked our opinion about the smallest detail before any work was done. They arrived on time every day and cleaned up with a broom and dust pan at the end of every work day. I consider my wife a perfectionist and only on rare occasion did she need to mention something to Paul that needed to be addressed and inevitably he was already on it and did it with a smile. He was beyond meticulous. The highest marks that I can give Paul is that whenever I need any work done in the future, he will be my first – and only – phone call and I have highly recommended him to friends and family. "We needed crown molding & painting in 3 of our rooms, dining, living, and den. Nermin came to the house and took measurements. The next day he emailed us a quote for material and labor. We then agreed to terms and a date to begin the project. Nermin brought his crew on the agreed date and they were able to complete the project in one day. Our house is old and the ceiling/walls are uneven. Therefore, Nermin had to do extra work to acheive the right fit. The end result is gorgeous...paint and all! My wife and purchased this home for several reasons, but one thing that attracted us the most was the kitchen. It had recently been remodeled and we fell in love with it. After working w/ Nermin, we learned he had actually done the remodeling w/ the previous owners. New cabinets, tiles, appliances, insulation, granite counter tops, etc. The kitchen is an attraction to all of our guests. It is where we host all of our social gatherings. "I am 100% satisfied. From the very beginning, Howard demonstrated his committment to the project. It involved gutting two kitchens down to the studs, gutting bedrooms, installing new cabinets, installing kitchen fixtures (dishwasher, sink, garbage disposal), installing all new solid wood doors including locks, installing windows, insulation, a concrete sidewalk, a new exterior staircase, electrical work including recessed lighting and new outlets, refinishing the hardwood floors throughout. I’m probably leaving out some work but this is a list of the bulk of the work. My wife and I are 100% satisfied with the quality of Howard’s work. I am impressed with how clean and organized the work area was at the end of each workday. Howard’s team of workers were professional, courteous, and helpful in solving work related issues. Debris that was stored temporarily in our garage was also carefully organized and consolidated. When the debris was hauled away, the garage floor was swept and tidy. Howard is easy to talk to and he is flexible with changes that I made to the scope along the way. For example, after his workers began demo work I asked to reconfigure a closet opening. The next day his crew was making the change and it turned out better than I had planned. Howard completed the job on time and on budget. There was not even one small “extra” charge to the original contract. In fact, he did extra work that was not in the Scope. For example, a wood winder stair sustained damage at some point in time – before I bought the building. I lived with the damaged stair because I did not think it could be fixed without ripping up a large portion of the staircase. I didn’t even ask to have it repaired but Howard brought it to my attention and said that he would figure out a way to repair it. He made a small opening underneath the stair, in the room below the staircase to gain access. This attention to detail really set Howard apart. The stairway is now 100% back to its original condition when it was built, probably about 90 to 100 years ago. I started rehabbing small (1 to 4 unit) buildings in about 1985. I’ve used many contractors over the years so I can say with a reasonable level of real life experience, that Redstone is the best contractor that I’ve worked with. I recommend Howard without reservation and without any qualifiers."
