There are stones that are sunk down, and many of the stones have the cement shrunk away from the stone itself. I contacted about repair, and the acid wash to finish, but was cut from contact. It has been a month, so I can only assume no intent to resolve. Disappointed in the follow up, and not standing behind the work. I expected more professionalism."
