"Curt was very professional and responsive from the moment we first called him. We had a dirt floor crawlspace with a large amount of moisture. The crawl space height was very low but Curt's crew managed to get in and de-mold and encapsulate the entire crawlspace. They also installed a thermostatically controlled dehumidifier which kicks on automatically when the moisture level gets too high. The crew did an excellent job under challenging conditions. "My experience with Real Dry was exceptional throughout the whole process. Last year, we were getting water in our basement whenever there was a heavy rain. Steve came and assessed the situation, and recommended digging wells around our basement windows and door and filling them with gravel for better drainage straight down (rather than toward the house/windows). We initially talked about also digging a well in the front of the house, where water would pool due to our lack of gutters and then come in through the foundation. So the initial estimate included all of that. When Steve arrived on the actual day with his crew, I told him that I didn't think we needed to have a well in the front of the house because I was planning on getting gutters and that should take care of that. He adjusted the estimate accordingly with absolutely no hassle. The work itself was done quickly and professionally and the basement has been bone dry ever since, despite some incredibly heavy rain. "Everything looks great!  Joe made the deadline, as we requested, and put extra people on when the weather was not cooperative.  The exterior metal circular stair was a real challenge, because it had significant oxidation.  He assured me he would paint it with a marine grade paint.  The first effort did not completely stick, and he came back to sand it and paint it again.  Then he was not satisfied, and he came back a third time to get it right.  Everything is guaranteed for at least five years, and when we did the final walk around he made sure I understood he would be back if the stairs were still problematic.  Actually, I never even figured a painter could handle the problems with the stairs at all, so this was a great job.  Everything else was done really well and I would recommend him without hesitation.  On time, courteous, stands behind his work, and easy to work with.  thanks, Joe! <br />"
