While it was a bit pricey, this had never been done to this 30 year old home. The owner spent time with me on the phone explaining what they will do. They were on time and spent about 5 hours continuously working. The two technicians explained everything they were doing and showed me the abundance of dust and debris that had been accumulating for some time. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves, so you never knew they were there.
