"The installation was very efficient and the crew did an excellent job in regards to the plumbing hookups and testing. I highly recommend this company and would use them for future projects. I want to comment that this job was in a second floor condominium with very steep stairs and no elevator. To those who wonder how a very heavy 50 gallon water heater is naviga!ted down those stairs without scarring the newly painted walls, l can only say they managed perfectly. No dings anywhere. They made it so we could use the toilets until they could come out the next day to make the drain repairs and pump our septic tank. We had more problems (not from the first repairs) with our bathroom and they came back out that day to determine what else was wrong and completed the repairs the next day.
