"Midpoint immediately identified all damage that had been missed by the initial contracting company and fixed those areas, boarding up windows, tarping, and vacuuming glass and picking up debris inside and outside. Their contractors removed clothes and drapery for cleaning, measured for windows and doors, and checked the structural integrity of the house and all its systems. There was an initial communication problem, but after we asked for a scope and schedule for the job, the three owners of the company and the project manager came to our house for a final evaluation and these were provided. We told them we were willing to wait for the work to be done without interruption. The windows took a bit longer than expected, but once they were ready, we had workers at our house every day until the project was completed. The packers were careful with our items and marked the contents of each box, which were stored in our basement. The movers took great care with our furniture; nothing was damaged. Roofers, siders and carpenters worked minimum ten-hour days, sometimes on Saturdays and holidays. Our project manager stopped in almost every day to check on progress and quality of the work, which was excellent. He was always available by phone or email. We were very happy with the quality of the materials (windows, garage door, carpeting, shingles, siding), which were all better than what we had before.
