"Very easy communication with all involved Jim, Judy, Scott or Dean. All issues that we encountered were appropriately addressed and all were resolved. Initially I was hoping to have 3 estimates. I ended up with 2 as one company didn't think my project was worth their time. Two estimates came very similar in numbers. But Bear Creek actually came with all involved and saw the space, and provided what I thought was more accurate estimate. The other company simply sent a guy who looked around. So, that said, having more accurate estimates by guys actually seeing the place, felt more right to me. Communication was very fluid and professional thru the project. As I mentioned before all issues I brought up were addressed and corrected, some changes to the contract were made (adding a water line, replacing additional closet door, etc) and it was not a problem for Dean to get it done. In the end I think both sides were fair - me getting new kitchen/porch remodel and the contractor getting paid for work completed. If I would start over I would still hire Bear Creek ... And in the future they would be my choice again if I decide on more work in my house."
