"Returned home from a trip on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving to discover my furnace was not working. Called BAR and Henry got back to me in 10 minutes, came out that night, but because my furnace was old he did not have the part. Got the part and came back the next morning. Turned out the control board was bad too so he went back to the supply storehouse Wednesday afternoon and came back on Thanksgiving morning and installed the board.
