"I had five pot lights installed in my master bedroom by this company. There was a slight hiccup at the beginning of the job as the office had placed me on the schedule but hadn't notified the workers of when they were supposed to come out to my house. The owner Chuck took my phone call about two hours after they were supposed to start the job and he apologized profusely. He and his workers we're out at my house within the hour. They covered the stairs and treated my house with respect. The owner consulted with me before they installed the lights.
