The experience was extraordinary from the minute that we met with Andrew Mulichak, our design consultant, through to the completion of the project. At the point that we signed the contract, a completion estimate of 10 weeks was given. Three weeks after we signed the contract, we received a call that the patio enclosure was ready to be installed. The install team took a half day to get the site ready, and then 1.5 days to complete the project. We absolutely love the end result and it came out even better than what we thought when we signed the contract. The advantage of working with Patio Enclosures is that this is their primary business activity and they control the entire supply chain. "<p>Crockett Home Improvement just completed 100% renovation of both of my mid-70's vintage bathrooms, and I could not be happier with the results. Owner George Crockett listened carefully to my renovation plans and concerns at the start of this process, and he met with me several times to formulate proposals that would work for me personally. He was always available by phone or e-mail, usually replying within a couple of hours, even on weekends and at night. I know that George stands behind all of his company's work, and that he will immediately address any customer concerns.</p> <p>Contractors Earl Shortridge and Johnny Snook performed the work, so I knew that the outcome would be entirely satisfactory: they renovated both of my parents' bathrooms last year, and those projects exceeded all expectations. Prior to starting both projects, Earl spent most of a Saturday with us, shopping for fixtures, vanities, flooring, lighting, etc. His renovation skills and excellent taste made the selection process flow much more smoothly, and we knew that everything we chose would work perfectly. </p> <p>As for the work itself, I still can't believe that craftsmen can completely gut a 40 year-old bathroom, cut tile, hang drywall, etc., and manage to leave your house clean at the end of the day. Earl and Johnny always left my home neat and in good order- I was consistently pleasantly surprised to find my home immaculate when I came from work. They are skilled in all construction/renovation trades : plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring, carpentry, you name it. Earl designed and built the vanity and medicine cabinet in one of my baths, and they are absolutely beautiful, in both design, appearance, and quality. Throughout the process, Earl and Johnny made excellent suggestions regarding design and construction, but they always listened very carefully to my suggestions and worked hard to make my plans come to fruition. Both bathrooms are now finished, and the quality of workmanship is outstanding. Every detail is perfect- and I am pretty darned picky. The baths are beautiful, and they fit perfectly with the overall character of my home. I would not change a single thing. And my house is so clean, you would never imagine that a major construction project just wrapped.</p> <p>I can't imagine taking on another home renovation project in the future without Crockett Home Improvement. George has made the process so pleasant and easy, and his commitment to customer satisfaction has been rock-solid. Earl and Johnny are excellent craftsmen and complete professionals- honest, reliable, trustworthy, punctual, and just plain nice. I'll miss having them in my home. "The crew that was onsite during the renovation was great as well. They always kept the site clean and was respectful when asked questions about the process. They were also very knowledgeable about construction and codes to make the house very sound. The house is around eighty years old and with the work they have done I can see it being around another eighty or more. The office staff was always willing to help with any questions or concerns we had and would promptly respond if they could not answer right then. Working with Dollman Construction was one of the best choices we made. People do not even recognize the house now that it is complete they did such a great job."

"We moved from Florida, into a renovated house in Roanoke Virginia, after an exhaustive search. The house, although beautifully renovated, left a few areas that really needed attention. Our basement was half-finished, providing us with a family room, including a wet bar. But the other side of the basement, which herein shall be called "the dungeon" was a dark, raw, fully exposed area. There was a washer/dryer hookup, but that was all. My wife hated it. Exposed wood, cement floor... cavernous. We hired Martin Services, here in Roanoke, VA, to do the renovation. Dan Martin gave us a very fair bid on the project, and we accepted. We described what we wanted: - frame out an area approximately 12x12, into a laundry room, with 4 walls, and a door into the remaining storage area. - all of the pipes, dryer exhaust, and heating ducts to be enclosed. - a drop ceiling put in with new LED lighting. - ceramic tile installed. - three cabinets installed, with an L-Shaped counter top. - a sink in the counter-top, with a detachable hand sprayer. All of this, plus the electrical work, plumbing, painting and finishing. Dan and his crew were courteous, always on time (and a lot of this was over the Christmas holidays), and very expert in their work. Dan made sure we were happy with every phase of the project, always communicating with us. Everything was completed to our extreme satisfaction. The room is no longer a dungeon. In fact, my wife looks for laundry to do, just to hang out in the room. I would hire Martin Services for any project, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a competent, fair, professional and very friendly contractor."

"When they came out to provide the estimate they were very concerned about the main roof and offered to provide an estimate for replacing both the main and patio roofs. When the estimates came back replacing the patio roof required new construction and was very expensive. I decided to move forward with the main roof replacement and was told they could do minor repairs on the patio roof instead of replacing completely. Replacing the main roof went fine, but the vent replacement I requested was never done and I did not hear anything back about repairing the patio roof. I waited a few weeks and called back and they scheduled another estimate for the remaining work. Almost two weeks passed and I called back again and was then told they could not get the parts needed to repair the patio roof and to contact a company that did car ports and they could not remove the vent on the roof and I would need to call a plumber. While i’m happy with the roof replacement, that was not the reason I contacted All-In-One. Had they been up front that they could not accommodate the work I actually needed to have done I likely would not have hired them at all! Now it’s been two months since this project started and I’m still at square one."
