"We had mold growth and water damage due to a pipe leak on the kitchen. This required the cabinets and moldy drywall be removed, the drywall replaced, the wall to be painted and new cabinets put in. Sebastian Home Improvements was one of four estimates that we received for the repair work. Our friends had used SHI for some water damage repair work on their home and came highly recommended. Sebastian came in to provide a quote and was honest with us about some red flags we saw from one of the other contractors. They were in the mid-range on the pricing for the estimates that we got. He worked with our schedule and his client load to help get our kitchen back in working order as soon as possible. His team works with care and they were very careful to get everything done properly. They were very patient with all our questions. He even called two days after completion to follow up and see how everything was. The initial problem was frustrating, but I'm glad that we found a new service provider that we can trust because of it."
