"My husband and I are very thankful that we had the opportunity to work with Mr. Gilmer. He was very professional, provided an honest and fair quote, but most of delivered a superior product to us. We have been wanting to add a backsplash in our kitchen for years but never found a good time to do any remodel until we had a leak in our AC unit that required a portion of our wall to be cut out. "Found Bill Higgins on Angie's list and called for estimate. Bill came out within 2 days and was very professional & explained everything, as well as helping us pick out colors for exterior. Within a week, Bill sent estimate for work, which is exactly what the work cost. Bill estimated painting to begin mid to late December, but we were thrilled when our date was moved up to Dec. 3rd.   Work crew was Rafael & Javier.  These guys did an awesome job. Their work was perfection, and they were both professional, hard working, and overall nice guys.  They painted exterior of our home, lanai, around pool, and rear wall. They worked almost non-stop for 2 days, cleaned up everything each day, and were genuinely concerned about our satisfaction.  I cannot thank Bill, Rafael & Javier enough for doing such a great job.  My husband and I were extremely satisfied with the work done. They made our house look brand new ( and it is 10 years old).  They even put up new carriage lights and porch light (which we had purchased), instead of putting back old lights and there was no additional charge. <br /> when we are ready to paint interior of our home, we will definitely call Bill Higgins !  Bill and his crew did an awesome job ! <br />"

"<p>The air conditioner suddenly stopped working.  I looked on Angie's List for a reliable repair service and selected Pucci's Air and Home Services based on numerous high ratings.  I called Pucci's on a holiday (Labor Day) and was amazed that I was able to set up an appointment for the technician to look at the a/c unit the following morning.  While on the phone with the owner, he said he had a good idea of what was wrong with the outside condenser.  If it was what he suspected he said it would cost about $350 to repair.</p> <p>The technician made the repairs the following morning.  A few burned out and arcing parts were replaced and the unit was up and running again.  Also, I was very pleased when I was informed after the repairs were completed that the cost was a total of $280 instead of $350.</p> <p>The day after the repairs were done, I was contacted again by both the technician and later the owner to confirm that I was happy with their service.  I told them I was very pleased and would definitely use them again for any future repair service.  They both were very personable and did not pressure me into trying to get something done that wasn't needed.  </p> In summary, Pucci's Air and Home Services seems to be a straightforward and honest company that deserves all the "A" ratings that they have on Angie's List. <br />"

"Some issues with scheduling the appointment initially, although quick to respond via Angie's List. However, everything was handled professionally and without negative interactions or confrontation. Was bumped to an emergency case with no additional charge. Technician was smart, professional and clearly experienced. Very fair price -- $315 for a crawlspace repair on an in ground copper pipe."

We had some detail work with accent colors and multiple areas that needed patching from other repairs. Reef did such a great job that the house looks brand new!
