He installed the attic vent cover and framework for the cover and secured them well to the house. He completed the job quickly then showed me his finished work and explained what he had done. "Found Bill Higgins on Angie's list and called for estimate. Bill came out within 2 days and was very professional & explained everything, as well as helping us pick out colors for exterior. Within a week, Bill sent estimate for work, which is exactly what the work cost. Bill estimated painting to begin mid to late December, but we were thrilled when our date was moved up to Dec. 3rd.   Work crew was Rafael & Javier.  These guys did an awesome job. Their work was perfection, and they were both professional, hard working, and overall nice guys.  They painted exterior of our home, lanai, around pool, and rear wall. They worked almost non-stop for 2 days, cleaned up everything each day, and were genuinely concerned about our satisfaction.  I cannot thank Bill, Rafael & Javier enough for doing such a great job.  My husband and I were extremely satisfied with the work done. "Excellent! Pete called me after a long's day work and was already familiar with my problem so after a little conversation, he said he would get his guys out there tomorrow. The following morning, Pete called to say they were on their way and upon arriving, they went right to work. They repaired the leak, checked for any further leaks and added the necessary refrigerant. Most impressively, I was shown many tips on how to maintain the A/C (besides just changing the filter) and some areas of concern that could potentially create problems down the road. The above and beyond service was very welcomed after dealing with the original company that I purchased two new units from. Upon completion of their work, I was shown the repair and the EXTRA service they provided that would hopefully help alleviate future problems. Furthermore, their price was way below the original company's estimate. Their service was professional, they were knowledgable and great about sharing information that informs me."
