They showed up on Monday Morning did a complete tear off, replaced the plywood which was all soft due to many hurricanes and had the metal on and completed by the end of the day. I told them its fresh water, not salt water. We are 20 miles away from saltwater. So he said he would get back with me. And after many months and years, 3 years to be exact, Ive been trying to get them. The information I need off of the coil of metal. So I can get the manufacturers warranty. Karen at G and G told me, that they dont keep that number. So, I cant prove who made the metal and who I talked to about the warranty. Ive got $33,000 invested in this roof. And now, they tell me they sold the business and the new owner does not responsible for anything that had done. Jamie, the shop foreman told me that I did have a problem with the roof, and he tried to get me information. He never came through. So, Im left stuck. "
