The old door was steel and had wood rot from water damage, and the molding needed to be replaced as well. I wanted to replace the door only; however, Jerry convinced me to replace everything with fiberglass so I wouldn't have to be concerned about any more water damage. The steel door never fit correctly and was hard to open and close. After Jerry's diligent work, I can now open and close the door with ease.
