I sat at home for hours waiting for an Inspector, when the Inspector told me I should have been provided their name and phone number to schedule with a short window. "The thermocouple wire on my Whirlpool water heater was worn out and Frank Sanchez came over on a Sunday morning (3/23/2025) to fix it. I bought a replacement thermocouple (approx $20) the day before from a local appliance parts dealer and Frank installed it. Cost to install the new thermocouple wire was $200. Frank was knowledgeable, competent and fast and I haven't had any more problems with the water heater since then. I'm a happy customer. Thank you Frank!!!"
